We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All products included in discounts or promotional offers are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

Our support team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To help us process your request quickly:

Products must be in their original packaging and unopened.

Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

شروط الاسترجاع

لتسهيل معالجة طلبك بسرعة:

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في عبوتها الأصلية وغير مفتوحة.

لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المستخدمة أو المفتوحة إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع وفحص المنتج، سيتم إصدار المبلغ على نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7–10 أيام عمل.
