1. Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. It is not allowed for the customer to open the shipment with the courier.
2. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Cairo and Giza: 2–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 3–7 business days.

1. Each order has 3 delivery attempts. The courier will try to contact you three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned.
2. Postponing delivery is only allowed for up to 48 hours
