Customers are not allowed to open the shipment with the courier.

Delivery timeframes:

Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.

Other governorates: 3–7 business days.

Each order has 3 delivery attempts. The courier will try to reach you three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned.

Delivery can only be postponed for up to 48 hours.
